AOS Logic

aoslogic.com

AOS Logic is reservations and revenue software for hospitality operators. I founded it, own the IP, and run it. It started as the booking system I built to manage Alpenglobe operations at Café Galleria, and over six years of running that system every day, it turned into a real product with a real category to serve.

The Work

The core of the product is an algorithm I developed called Dynamic Equilibrium Logic. DEL is the rulebook for how AOS Logic prices, sequences, and fills time-based experiences. I didn't design it on paper first. I built it by managing 41,000+ reservations and $1.4M+ in fees at Café Galleria since October 2021, watching what worked, watching what didn't, and refining the logic in production. By the time I copyrighted DEL and built AOS Logic around it, the algorithm had already been pressure-tested through six full seasons of real operations.

I built it solo. I write the strategy, design the product, run development through Claude Code, and handle the day-to-day operations at the founding venue. There's a business model under the SaaS licensing I'm not publishing here. Operators see it during onboarding.

Takeaway

Most reservation software is built by people who've never had to run the kind of business it's supposed to serve, and you can usually tell when you open the product. I built AOS Logic the other way around. Six years of operating first, then the product. That's the primary differentiator that makes it work so well.
